Olympic Trials Morning 7 … Age Group record!!!

Lia Neal swam GREAT this morning. She set a new Age Group record in the 50 meter free. (That’s not “new age” group record … it’s new “age group record.”) Her time was 25:89, and it qualified her for Junior Nationals.

Let’s put this into perspective. Lia placed just in front of Amanda Weir and Dana Vollmer — 22 and 20 year old nationally ranked swimmers.
